For more than a year, my views of this story were the same: Lookism was a enjoyable, but not standout, webtoon. The website I read from stopped translating and I was left waiting for more. I started reading this in 2017, in my native language. Throughout the story he witnesses multiple cases of 'Lookism', a form of discrimination based on a person's attractiveness. For me, liking Lookism was more of a journey than a natural occurring. Now tall, handsome, and cooler than ever in his new form, Daniel aims to achieve everything he couldn't before.
